The approval, expected in approximately 180 days, will allow the company to raise capital in Mexico in order to fund its business plans there and in other Latin American countries.
Ricardo Cortez stated: “AZFL management and I would like to thank all of our shareholders and supporters that have made it possible for Amazonas Florestal to return to compliancy. I am personally very pleased to report that we are gaining traction daily with all of our present projects that will take AZFL to the next level. GAL can be expected to become one of the most important hemp processors in the South this year and our vision is to participate in similar projects overseas that have gained the interest and acceptance of our supporters in several Latin American countries — Mexico and Colombia for starters — where amidst legalization the products manufactured by GAL become open for distribution to the public in those jurisdictions.”
