(NewMediaWire) – May 31, 2022 – Portland, Ore. – Regence Health Plans today named two new leaders to its provider network management team with responsibilities for advancing high-quality, innovative and affordable care partnerships.
Zak Ramadan-Jradi, MD, MBA, will join Regence on June 6 as vice president of network management across the health plan’s four-state footprint. He will lead the organization’s network strategy and execution out of its Seattle office. An executive with more than 25 years of health care experience, Ramadan-Jradi most recently served as executive director and vice president of accountable care at MultiCare. He received his MBA from Seattle University and his MD from The London Hospital Medical College.

In addition, Regence BlueShield, Regence’s health plan in Washington, announced that Denise Corcoran has joined the health insurer as its vice president of network management. for Washington. She will provide executive leadership and strategic direction to Regence’s Washington state-based provider team, with responsibilities for developing and implementing strategies and relationships across contracting, innovative provider partnerships, cost stewardship and more.

Corcoran recently served as senior vice president for Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan in Albany, NY, and also oversaw Medicare network strategy across eight states for a national insurer. She holds a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Albany and her Certified Health Insurance Executive (CHIE) designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
