Viking Energy Acquires Majority Interest in Simson-Maxwell Ltd.

A Significant Step in the Company’s Diversification Strategy

(“Simson-Maxwell”). Other shareholders include Simmax Corp., an existing shareholder of Simson-Maxwell for 20 years, and Remora EQ LP, another strategic stakeholder.
